Need to know the factors that set you apart as an employer? Ready for a reality check from your current employees?

It’s time for NAS Intuition, our Web-based survey tool. Intuition generates online surveys, then accumulates, aggregates and analyzes the results. Any function that can be improved through analysis can benefit from Intuition.

Intuition can be used to solicit employee opinions on a variety of subjects, from your compensation and benefits packages to perceptions of your company as an employer of choice. It can assist in retention as a tool for exit interviews.

Intuition can serve as a virtual focus group with representative candidates, allowing you to survey them and discover where you stand among your competitors, and in the marketplace in general. Or, it can exist on your hosted employment site for quick response from your unique visitors.
