Carol Sullivan, Executive Director of Healthcare Services, brings over 18 years of healthcare recruitment management experience to NAS Recruitment Communications. Carol develops targeted healthcare marketing campaigns designed to address NAS healthcare clients’ needs. She is a frequent guest speaker at national healthcare and physician recruitment conferences and local NAHCR chapter meetings.
Carol’s healthcare human resources experience includes consulting with senior management on recruitment and retention issues. Carol has 18 years of experience in an academic pediatric hospital, located within a healthcare system of 25,000 employees, where she was responsible for planning, implementing and developing effective programs of recruitment and selection. She was also an active member of the BJC Cultural Diversity Council.
In addition, Carol served on the Board of Directors of the National Association for Health Care Recruitment (NAHCR) from 1989 to 1999, including President of NAHCR from 1997 to 1998.
